The Nothing
Offer
We've got an idea, and here is the entire pitch: we offer you nothing. You sign up because the belief and the faith hit you in the first communication. You purchase your rights into this situation. You take control of your category. And you start production immediately. That's the offer. That's the whole offer.
An original universe: courts · casino · resort · railway · marine fleet · racing · a numbered cast — nobody has ever put a skunk on a slot machine floor like this
01
We offer you nothing
No projections deck, no discount, no sweetener, no guarantee. The property is the offer. If you need to be sold, this isn't your table.
02
You sign on first contact
Belief and faith formed in the very first communication — that's the qualification. Conviction doesn't improve on the fourth meeting; it dilutes.
03
You purchase your rights in
Licensing, category by category — slots and casino gaming, resort and hospitality, broadcast, publishing, apparel. Every mark numbered, every character registered in our line. You buy a seat in the situation, not a promise about it.
04
You get control
Real control inside your purchased category. We don't micromanage believers. The canon is protected; inside the canon, you run your production.
05
Production starts immediately
No development limbo. The universe is built — the town, the courts, the casino, the railway, the fleet, the cast. You start Monday.
"Every studio in America offers everything and delivers a meeting. We offer nothing and deliver a town. The people who understand that sentence are the only people we're talking to."
— The Founder
The Dead Bang Honesty Clause
What we are, stated under oath to ourselves
At this point we've got a small value, and we're proud of it — proud of ourselves, plainly. But no: we are not going to lie to you to get your money. Absolutely not. We can't afford to lie — not financially, not legally, not in the mirror. No American-Greed arc, no fraud, no inflated deck, no hockey-stick chart drawn by hope. We're an idea, a built one, and we need you to kick it off.
And we're not borrowing a pile of money to look bigger than we are. The approach is a handshake, not a hat in hand: "Hey — I got this idea. You want to be a part of it? Because there's a reason I'm standing here, and we both know people like me don't knock twice." That's not arrogance; that's arithmetic. We know what we're doing. Life works that way anyway.
The First Communication
This form is the first communication. Per Term 02, it's also the audition. Tell us which category you want rights in and why you already believe. Money is discussed after conviction is established — never before.
