Build It Here. File It There.
We draft the court-ready PDF and route you to the right e-filing portal for your court — federal CM-ECF/PACER or your state's system — with the exact checklist a clerk expects.
Straight talk: no service can secretly file into a court's system for you — every portal requires your own verified account, and federal CM-ECF has no public filing API. What this center does is real: it produces the correct document and sends you to the correct door with the correct checklist. The final submit is yours, on your account, so the filing is genuinely yours.
Build & export your document
Draft your filing in the Builder, then export it as a clean PDF. Most courts require PDF (often PDF/A) with searchable text — exactly what the Builder produces.
Find your court's e-filing portal
Use the directory below. Federal courts file through CM-ECF/PACER; states use their own portals. Confirm whether YOUR court allows pro se (self-represented) e-filing — some still require paper.
Attach the required companions
Civil cover sheet (federal JS-44), a fee-waiver / IFP application if you can't pay the filing fee, and a certificate of service showing you served the other side.
Upload, pay (or waive), submit
Log into the portal, upload your PDF and companions, pay the fee or file your IFP request, and submit. Save your confirmation / stamped copy.
