The United States Courts Are Open to the World
Under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(2), United States federal courts hear disputes between US citizens and the citizens of foreign states — alienage jurisdiction. If a US company, US actor, or US matter has reached you where you live, the courthouse door in America is open to you, and you may appear pro se. Service abroad runs through the Hague Service Convention. Every drafting tool and the verified law library on this site is free, for anyone, anywhere.
Select your country — each page explains, honestly, when a US court is (and is not) your forum.
