Free Means Free: Why We Don't Take Money for Justice

Life in America is legal or it is not legal. That is the bottom line in this nation. And when access to the law costs money, the difference between winning and losing becomes the difference between having money and not having it. We refuse that arithmetic.

Every tool on this site is free at full power: the research engine, the document builder with automatic citation audit, the moot courtroom, the law library. There is no difference between a free member and a paid supporter — none. Supporters pay for one reason: they have the means, and they want to build this machine for the people who don't.

No one here is buying Corvettes. This platform exercises its own First Amendment rights to teach, publish, and equip — and it exists for the citizen who is innocent until proven guilty, maybe truly innocent, standing alone against the machinery of the state. For that person, this site is the little legal stinker that walks into the courthouse, makes its point, and leaves its scent.
